In accordance with the water supply Act (Act No. 177 of 1957) and relevant ministerial ordinances, our organization conducts leading tests to verify compliance with water quality and structural standards.
JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) and JWWA (Japan Water Works Association) standards stipulate leaching tests, performance tests, material evaluations, etc., which are essential to ensure the safety and quality of products. CERI Osaka is accredited as a JNLA registered testing laboratory for JIS S 3200-7 (for select items).

JIS K 6353	Rubber seals - Joint parts for water supply, drainage and sewerage pipelines	Specifies standards for rubber material used in water pipe joints, fittings, valves, etc. Water pipes include tap water, sewage water, industrial water, and agricultural water.
JIS K 6769	Crosslinked polyethylene (PE-X) pipes	Specifies standards for cross-linked polyethylene pipes used for transporting water at temperatures below 95 °C.
JIS K 6787	Crosslinked polyethylene (PE-X) pipes for water supply	Specifies standards for cross-linked polyethylene pipes used for indoor water supply piping with a working pressure of 0.75 MPa or less.
JWWA Z 108	Elution test method of materials and installations for water supply	Specifies test methods for evaluating the leaching of substance from materials used in water supply equipment and water facilities.
JWWA Z 110	Analytical methods concerning elution test of materials/installations for water supply and evaluation test of chemicals for drinking water	Specifies test method for evaluating leachate from materials used in water supply equipment and facilities, as well as analytical methods for water supply chemicals.
JWWA K 156	Rubber materials for water supply	Specifies vulcanized rubber used to maintain the watertightness of pipe fittings, valves, etc., used in water supply facilities: excluding rubber used in water supply equipment and for conveying hot water, etc.
